In this song, Mind Debris are painting a scene of sex on the beach. They speak of the mutual effort that exists in sexual intimacy. They interpret this from the perspectives of fire and wind. The fire burns the wind, all while the fire wouldn’t be able to burn without the wind. Together they are the act of combustion, inseparable and important to each other's existence. When love is mutually shared, it is an intangible bond, and not even the act of sex alone can connect the participants in such a deep way. Therefore the truth of the space between them, only lies in between their “Broken Shadows”.
